We pride ourselves on cooking all of our menu items from scratch every time you come in. We know that may result in a slightly longer wait for your food, but trust us, it will be well worth it. From the steaks to the sides, from the appetizers to the entrees, everything on the menu is made from scratch as soon as it hits the chefs hands. Everything is made with fresh, never frozen, meat and produce that must meet Chef Michael Borlek's strict quality standards. If it doesn't then we send it back and find somebody who can get us the product that we need to make your meal the way it should be. We aim to deliver the freshest, most consistent, quality food and drinks that your hard-earned money can buy. If it isn't up to par then we will fix it. We never want you leaving with a bad taste in your mouth, only the great taste of our food that will keep you coming back again and again.
